Register
Becoming a fumopay business is a quick process. You can register right from the start screen of the application. For more information on what details are needed upfront and how the process works go to the registration section here.
Login
If you have registered with us you can log into the application via the login screen for more information and details go to our login section here.
Transactions
Transactions can be initiated from the landing page and viewed on the transactions page where you can filter transactions, view transaction details and issue refunds. More information can be found here.
Refunds
On the refunds page you can view all refunds, paid refund or unpaid refunds depending on your preference. More information can be found here.
Business Profiles
Each business can create multiple profiles. Profiles are flexible in how you use them but are underpinned by one concept, mainly that each profile is associated with a bank account and the risk address associated with that account. We delve a bit futher into how you can set up different types of profiles here.
Bank Accounts
You can manage your bank accounts associated with your business profiles right from the application. More information can be found here.
Addresses
You can also manage your addresses associated with your business profiles from the application. More information can be found here.
Settings
There is a settings section for changing the expiry time on transactions, changing your company logo, signing out and deleting your account. More information can be found here.
