Fumoflex
Fumoflex offers you a flexible way to collect payments from your clients. You can incentivise early payments by applying discounts and split one invoice into multiple payments.
Please note that early payments and splitting of invoices are only supported by Xero.
FumoFlex for QR & Link
Enable this option of you want to create custom payment links and QR codes that have the ability to apply FumoFlex to payments. You can stipulate the minimum and maximum allowed number of payments as well as the ability to add interest as a percentage based on the invoice total. You can also set whether payments are allowed weekly or monthly. You can choose your allowed payment methods between emailing a payment link or a standing order. You can also select backup methods to choose from.
FumoFlex via API
Enable this option if you use the fumopay API for transactions and want to apply FumoFlex via the API. You can stipulate the minimum and maximum allowed number of payments as well as the ability to add interest as a percentage based on the payment total. You can also set whether payments are allowed weekly or monthly.
Discount on invoice total for early payment
Enable this option if you would like to offer clients a discount if they pay within your stipulated payment period which is calculated in days either before payment due date or number of days after an invoice is sent. Use the dropdown to select the payment period and use the input sliders underneath to select the number of days and the percentage discount that you want to apply for people who pay within the selected period. Only available if you have connected Xero.
Split Invoice Payments
Enable this option if you would like to offer clients the ability to split invoice payments into separate payments. You can stipulate the minimum and maximum allowed number of payments as well as the ability to add interest as a percentage based on the invoice total. You can also set whether payments are allowed weekly or monthly. Only available if you have connected Xero.
